Generalized complementing maps
نویسنده
چکیده
In this paper we apply the generalized degree introduced by Geba, Massabo and Vignoli, in [3], to extend the notion of complementing maps defined by Fitzpatrick, Massabo and Pejsachowicz, in [1] and [2]. On the other hand, we obtain, in low dimension, a bifurcation result in terms of the linking number of some 1-dimensional manifolds. We also present a global theorem that improves a Rabinowitz’s type result contained in [3] concerning the generalized degree. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 55H25 , 37H20, 37C25.

Best Proximity Points Results for Cone Generalized Semi-Cyclic φ-Contraction Maps
In this paper, we introduce a cone generalized semi-cyclicφ−contraction maps and prove best proximity points theorems for such mapsin cone metric spaces. Also, we study existence and convergence results ofbest proximity points of such maps in normal cone metric spaces. Our resultsgeneralize some results on the topic.
متن کاملGeneralized Regular Fuzzy Irresolute Mappings and Their Applications
In this paper, the notion of generalized regular fuzzy irresolute, generalized regular fuzzy irresolute open and generalized regular fuzzy irresolute closed maps in fuzzy topological spaces are introduced and studied. Moreover, some separation axioms and $r$-GRF-separated sets are established. Also, the relations between generalized regular fuzzy continuous maps and generalized regular fuzzy ...
متن کاملCommon fixed points of four maps using generalized weak contractivity and well-posedness
In this paper, we introduce the concept of generalized -contractivityof a pair of maps w.r.t. another pair. We establish a common fixed point result fortwo pairs of self-mappings, when one of these pairs is generalized -contractionw.r.t. the other and study the well-posedness of their fixed point problem. Inparticular, our fixed point result extends the main result of a recent paper ofQingnian ...
متن کاملSome results on weakly contractive maps
In this paper direct proofs of some common fixed point results for two and three mappings under weak contractive conditions are given. Some of these results are improved by using different arguments of control functions. Examples are presented showing that some generalizations cannot be obtained and also that our results are distinct from the existing ones.
